Great location for this restaurant set right on the bank of the river in Brantome. Be warned, though, the service (especially from the two managers) leaves a lot to be desired!)

We chose the 29 Euro menu, and the bottle of Julien de Savignac Rose. We started with Foie gras poele, Tarte tatin de peche.

For main course, we both had Magret de Canard Roti, sauce Perigueux. It was served with small potatoes and vegetables on the side.






For dessert, Profiteroles maison au chocolat chaud. These were served with icecream instead of cream, and the chocolate sauce was delicious.profiterrolles
